About the role:

Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you can directly shape the success and safety of a critical water operations team? Our Water Network team is looking for an experienced and driven Water Maintenance Supervisor to lead from the front in a dynamic and rewarding mining environment.

 

Reporting to the Superintendent Water Execution, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective dewatering operations, leading maintenance teams, and supporting our site-wide risk and work management strategies. Your leadership will be key in driving safety excellence and operational success across plant infrastructure and the broader network.

 

Duties:

  • Deliver clear communication and execute water management schedules with precision
  • Lead field-based teams, ensuring adherence to safety processes and critical control management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet safety targets and operational deadlines
  • Build a positive and productive team culture by setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering growth

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Current WA A Grade Electrical License (essential)
  • DEMIRS Statutory Supervisor Competency preferred
  • Solid experience in mining and dewatering operations
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance
  • Problem-solver with strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SCADA water network management systems
  • Confident communicator with CMMS (SAP) experience
