About the role:

 

The Modular Maintenance team is currently seeking a Supervisor Modular Electrical to join them on a 4/3 Days Only Roster based at Roy Hill Mine.

 

Reporting to the Superintendent Modular Maintenance, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective planning and execution of all electrical maintenance activities during modular shutdowns. This role ensures that all work is completed to the required standards, within the allocated timeframe and budget, and in compliance with relevant site procedures and statutory regulations. 

 


Duties:

 

  • Supervise a team of contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical maintenance and shutdown activities
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of modular electrical maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with Roy Hill’s safety and operational standards
  • Collaborate with other maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to optimise plant reliability and minimise downtime
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with statutory requirements and best practice standards

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Demonstrated experience supervising electrical maintenance teams within the mining sector
  • Strong knowledge of modular shutdowns, electrical systems, and maintenance best practices
  • A current WA Electrical Licence (essential), with HV Switching and other relevant certifications highly regarded
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable
