About the role:

 

The Modular Maintenance team is currently seeking a Supervisor Materials Logistics to join them on an 4/3 Days only roster based at Roy Hill Mine.

 

Reporting to the Superintendent Modular Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of materials and supplies, including the coordination of inventory, procurement, and distribution processes to support operational shutdown requirements.

Duties:

 

  • Lead and supervise contractor resources, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with Roy Hill values and standards
  • Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and achieve set outcomes
  • Oversee the management of materials and hire equipment, including coordination for shutdowns and maintaining accurate records
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture through active field leadership, risk management, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards
  • Communicate effectively with leaders, teams, and external vendors to support operational goals and continuous improvement

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
  • A current manual driver’s licence and forklift ticket (desirable)
