Reporting to the Supervisor Mobile Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our drill fleet.

Duties:

• Perform inspections, servicing, repairs, and maintenance to maximize drill fleet reliability and efficiency
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to ensure operational availability
• Carry out both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Apply your technical expertise in drilling equipment maintenance to support operational excellence

Equipment You’ll Be Working On:

• Epiroc Pit Viper 271 (Autonomously operated through Flanders control system)
• Epiroc D65

Skills and experience:
 

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent
• Current manual C class driver’s licence required
• Proven experience maintaining heavy mobile drill rigs, preferably in an autonomous mining environment
• Understanding of autonomous control systems (Flanders experience highly regarded)
• Desirable licences: Forklift (LF), Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Crane, Dogging, and Basic Rigging
