About the role:
Roy Hill is seeking an experienced Coordinator Outload Production to join our team on a 14 Days On, 14 Days Off roster, based in Port Hedland.
Reporting to the Supervisor Outload Production, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimising outload production activities to ensure the efficient and safe movement of iron ore from stockpiles to shipping.
This role is critical to maintaining Roy Hill’s high standards of operational excellence and delivering on production targets.
Duties:
- Coordinate daily outload production activities to ensure seamless operations and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and optimise the performance of outload equipment and processes to achieve production targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of production activities with shipping schedules and customer requirements.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Roy Hill’s safety standards, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
- Utilise SAP and other systems to manage work orders, track performance, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in a coordination role within mining, logistics, or production environments.
- Strong understanding of outload production processes, equipment, and systems.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to safety and a track record of driving safety initiatives.
- Proficiency in SAP and other production management systems.
- Manual C Class Drivers Licence required.
