- 14/14 days and nights roster | FIFO from Perth to the Roy Hill Mine
- Base + FIFO Allowances + Shift Allowances + Super + Bonuses
- Company contribution towards private health cover for employees and immediate family
- 18 weeks full pay or 36 weeks half pay for primary caregivers
About the role:
The Wet Plant Maintenance team is currently seeking a Coordinator Mechanical to join them on a 14/14 days and nights roster based at Roy Hill Mine.

Reporting to the Supervisor Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all fixed plant equipment.
Duties:
- Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities and provide technical support and guidance to the team
- Step up to cover supervisor responsibilities when needed
- Wok management support and governance for the team
- Liaising with various stakeholders to achieve an executable weekly schedule of works and ensuring close out of work orders as per work management guidelines
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working with both fixed plant crushing and mining across Dry/Wet Plant processing and knowledge of the relevant legislations is desirable
- A strong understanding of Maintenance Systems (SAP), work management principles and Microsoft Office Programs – Word, Excel and Power Point
- Australian recognised trade certificate and manual drivers’ licence
- Excellent time management and communication skills
