About the role

Our Processing Commercial Business Partnering team is seeking an experienced and highly organised Coordinator Business Support to join them, based at the Roy Hill mine. Reporting to the Manager Commercial Business Partner, you will oversee and coordinate administration activities that support the General Manager Processing, and the broader team members of their department.

 

You will also take an active role in reviewing and improving business processes, ensuring a seamless level of support is achieved. With the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you will have exemplary attention to detail and a proven ability to successfully support a dynamic leader, their wider team, and customers.

 

Duties

  • Provide calendar management support to the General Manager and coordinate coverage of group mailboxes
  • Communicate key information to business, supervisors, co-workers, and employees through meetings, written communications, email, telecommunications and in-person
  • Manage, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensure compliance with document management processes, and maintain electronic filing systems
  • Monitor and procure office supplies, process invoices and purchase requisitions in SAP, and order PPE and equipment
  • Format correspondence and other documents according to Roy Hill templates and style guide
  • Assist with events and site visitors, onboarding of new employees and contractors, roster tracking and amendments

 

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills that demonstrate high attention to detail and customer service focus
  • Strong computer literacy and software system knowledge, including INX, SAMs and travel management platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and experience with document management databases
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and team-focused with the willingness to outside your immediate scope of work if required
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration, HR or equivalent desirable
