About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Advisor of HR with proven ability to guide and mentor the workforce in a generalist role, closely working with leaders and operational staff at our Processing Plant.

 

Reporting to the Superintendent HR, you will be responsible for facilitating the business strategies and direction, providing advice, ensuring compliance and managing escalations aligned with current legislation and regulation.

 

About you:

You are an experienced HR professional with demonstrated capability in delivery of business strategy across leaders and teams at the Processing Plant Facility.

 

You will be a strong contributor to the provision of guidance and expertise on a wide range of employee related matters, people process and movements supporting the business using strong initiatives and improvements.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial relations, psychology, or commerce.
  • Substantial experience in mining, engineering, construction, or a closely related heavy industry, preferably in a FIFO role.
  • Previous experience in Success Factors will be highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
