About the role:
Roy Hill is currently seeking Coordinator Track Delivery to join them on a 14 Days on, 14 Days off Roster based at Port Hedland.
In this role, you will report to the Supervisor Track Maintenance and play a key part in ensuring the effective coordination of rail infrastructure maintenance. You will work closely with the maintenance teams to uphold company standards, processes, and procedures, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network
Duties:
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the track is maintained to the highest standards.
- Monitor asset performance to meet reliability and availability targets, providing recommendations and implementing rectification solutions as required.
- Drive the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of Roy Hill’s safety procedures and initiatives.
- Oversee team performance in SAP, ensuring accurate work order management, time confirmations, and data entry across various systems.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in a coordination role within track, rail, or civil infrastructure.
- A minimum Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure required.
- A valid C Class Manual Driver’s Licence required.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, particularly with complex equipment.
