Roy Hill is currently seeking an Advisor Project Controls to join the team on a 5:2 Perth based roster. Reporting to the Manager Projects Controls the Advisor Project Controls will provide project controls expertise to the Business including report writing, progress measurement, planning / scheduling and cost control support on major projects.


The position supports the project control department with planning, co-ordination of the design, procurement, and construction phases of Projects to ensure completion in accordance with the requirements, within time, and cost constraints to achieve delivery objectives.


Accountabilities include: -
• Ability to analyse budgets and other information to allow the production of detailed project schedules, accruals, cash flows, cost forecasting, and labour requirements
• Ability to check the approval status of PR’s and SES’s to ensure that these are actioned within the required time frames
• Ability to update the project schedules on a regular basis and provide management with reports on the current status of the project, so that all key targets and project objectives can be achieved
• Monitor the project schedules and advise management on actions that may be necessary to achieve all key targets and project objectives
• Assist with the production of tenders and quotes, through the provision of estimates and Project Schedules


For you to achieve outstanding results in this position, your experience may include the following: -
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent attained experience
• Demonstrated experience in a Project Controls environment
• Experience working within Operational, Greenfield and Brownfields environments
