About the role:
The Organisational Development team are currently seeking a Specialist to join them based in the Perth Integrated Remote Operations Office. Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development this role partners with Roy Hill operational, functional and People and Culture stakeholders to manage the diagnosis, design, implementation and evaluation of contemporary organisational development strategies, policies, projects, and initiatives to foster the optimal culture and employee experience required to delivery Roy Hill’s strategic objectives.
Duties:
- Manage the design, implementation, evaluation of Roy Hill’s frameworks, programs, initiatives, resources and processes related to - Values and behaviours; Diversity and inclusion; Employee consultation; Individual leadership development; Collective leadership development; High performance team development; Performance reviews; Talent and succession; Organisational design; Psychosocial safety
- Facilitate individual and collective leadership development programs across Roy Hill sites.
- Coach leaders and leadership teams.
- Facilitate periodic face to face sessions with teams across all sites for - Goal setting and performance reviews; Employee culture survey results debriefing and action planning; Talent and succession; Organisational design and team restructures
- Manage cross functional OD projects and initiatives by applying project management tools and techniques and managing resources appropriately.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including sourcing, selection and management of vendor panels.
- Facilitation across a wide portfolio of adaptive skill development initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant degree (preferable in Organisational Psychology or Organisational Behaviour)
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development and facilitation of adaptive skill development (including leadership development) workshops and resources.
- Demonstrated work experience as an OD functional expertise role and/or experience in human capital management consulting.
- Experience in diagnosing, designing and developing a range of OD initiatives, across a range of disciplines, which may include performance; culture/engagement; diversity & inclusion; organisation design & development.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct complex analysis, leveraging metrics from multiple platforms, drawing insights from data and presenting them in a fit-for-purpose manner to enable informed decision making, strategy, policy and process formulation.
- Ability to travel to site as required.
- Preferred: Knowledge of and experience with Requisite Organisations framework.
