About the role:

The Asset Management team is currently seeking a Specialist Asset Management to join them for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract on a 5:2 Roster based at Perth. Reporting to the Principal Asset Management Systems, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of Roy Hill Strategic Asset Management framework to drive Maintenance and Reliability improvements and achieve business objectives. This position shall also provide administrative, financial, capital and maintenance execution support by overseeing the development of and compliance to RHIO systems and processes.


Duties:

  • Maintain fit for purpose Asset Management and Work Management Policies, Standards, processes and procedures for RHIO Assets
  • Support and champion continuous improvement of maintenance strategies for Roy Hill assets
  • Stewardship of PM Master Data standards, including working with key stakeholders to ensure master data configurations and changes adhere to required standards
  • Monitor compliance to maintenance systems, processes, and procedures, and ensure appropriate information and training is available to maintenance personnel. Provide Asset Management support to RHIO operations as and when required
  • Coach and mentor maintenance, work management and asset management personnel

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in large scale heavy industry
  • Extensive experience in Maintenance Improvement or Work Management experience
  • Experience in supervisory, senior analyst or specialist roles
  • Advanced/Expert level in the use of Maintenance Management System (SAP)
  • Sound knowledge of Maintenance Strategies Development and Optimization systems
  • Advanced data analytics skills, able to extract insight from complex data environments
