About the role:

Seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join the Strategic Programs team for a 18 Month Fixed Term Contract, on a Monday – Friday Roster based at Perth. Reporting to the Manager Strategic Programs, you will be responsible for providing critical business analytical support to the Integration Program. The role provides senior level support to the Integration program team and business leadership in the development, implementation and monitoring of effective business planning, reporting, scheduling across the holistic program of work - to deliver maximum value and optimal delivery and outcomes for the business.

This role will drive performance monitoring, opportunity identification, interdependency and impact analysis, as well as supporting business and program streams to stay on track and make informed decisions.


Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive business plans, schedules, budgets, templates and other key documents to support both the program and business teams to plan and manage their programs of work for integration. 
  • Detailed evaluation of plans and initiatives to identify potential value and cost reduction across our businesses.
  • Apply analytical expertise to support the prioritisation of competing projects and other business initiatives within the integration program.
  • Coach leadership, where required, to support the preparation of effective planning, business case and analysis expertise to support program work and outcomes
  • Lead the delivery of the budgeting and forecasting for program initiatives.
  • Provide analytical and complex modelling skills to support and assist the business with the preparation of the relevant models.
  • Support the relevant business stakeholders to ensure integrity of the inputs and outputs into the holistic program planning, scheduling and delivery.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders regarding scheduling and status of projects and lead the delivery of the relevant reports and outputs that provide inputs into integration program activities and outcomes leveraging the business planning framework and tools.
  • Embed, manage and continually improve the governance, review and approval process for program initiatives.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in a business planning, business or financial analysis, or similar role.
  • Strong proven experience in data collection, analysis and interpretation to inform decision making.
  • Deep experience in preparing and presenting analytical reports and findings to support decision making.
  • Leading skills in the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business plans and objectives.
  • Strong and proven experience with business intelligence tools (ie Power BI), to visualise and analyse data.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes and tools
