We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Supervisor Infrastructure Maintenance to join the team on a 14_14 day and nights roster from Perth.  This role is accountable for providing leadership and direction of the Infrastructure facilities included but not limited to reverse osmosis, waste/water treatment plants, HV OHL’s, backup power generation as well as dewatering assets and equipment.


This role will need to incorporate all aspects of the Reliability Centred Maintenance philosophy, whilst promoting and fostering good relationships within the Roy Hill organisation, with motivating the maintenance professionals to surpass the maintenance department key point indicators.


Other key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Maintenance Planning in the development of the infrastructure maintenance strategy and tactics required to inspect and maintain the infrastructure facilities.
  • Demonstrate as part of the leadership team, lead the development of a strong business improvement culture to ensure integration, cooperation, and collaboration across all business areas.
  • Ensuring maintenance activities are completed as per the weekly planned maintenance schedules and all results are recorded.
  • Display and promote Health, Safety, Emergency and Security (HSES) by active field-based leadership and presence.
  • Hold the Position of Electrical In-House Nominee

To be considered for this position, you will require an electrical licence and substantial high voltage electrical related experience with mineral processing equipment together with strong maintenance leadership and supervisory experience.  


Experience in a Green Fields project, operational readiness, and the leadership of teams during infrastructure commissioning will be highly regarded, including ability to demonstrate strong skills with Computerised Maintenance Management systems and planning and scheduling of work and resources, along with the ability to drive positive interactions with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
