Roy Hill is currently seeking a Process Operator to join the team on a 7 Days on, 7 Nights on, 42 days off roster. Reporting to the Supervisor Production you will be responsible for the safe operation of an area within the Roy Hill Mine fixed process plant.

Duties

• Operating large scale mineral processing plant and equipment including Sizers and Cone Crushers, Overland Conveyors, Stackers, Reclaimer and Train Load Out. As required assist the Wet processing team, including a Scrubbing/Screening circuit, Tertiary crushing circuit, De-sands and Magnetic separators circuit
• Clean up activities using handheld hoses and ancillary equipment including bobcats and loaders
• Conducting thorough plant inspections, assist with minor maintenance duties, escalating asset health and production issues
• Preparing and safely isolating processing plant equipment for handover to the maintenance teams for routine, unplanned and shutdown activities

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience within a Mineral Processing Plant including inflow/outlflow, primary and secondary crushing, overland conveyors, stacking/reclaiming and train load out
• Working in heavy industry and a remote environment

• Exposure to simple isolations and group isolations 

• C Class Manual WA Drivers Licence, HR Drivers Licence highly desirable
