Roy Hill is currently seeking an Analyst ERP HR & Payroll to join the team on a 5_2 Perth Based Role. Reporting to the Superintendent Corporate Systems, you will be responsible for the ongoing planning, design, development and operational support of efficient Human Resources and broader ERP governance. This position will provide the interface between the operational users, the broader Technology team and our vendor partners.


Accountabilities will include but not be limited to: -

  • Provide ongoing operational ERP HR & Payroll systems support and issue resolution, including generating and compiling reports based on investigation findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues
  • Provide ongoing support for systems which interface with and rely on the HR & Payroll systems including SuccessFactors, Orgplus, HROnboard and other workforce management solutions
  • Provide systems configuration services and skills to support the business units
  • Work with the solutions delivery team to ensure that proposed solutions promote efficiency and effectiveness, and follow the principles of continuous improvement

 

For you to achieve outstanding results in this position, your experience may include the following:

  • A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in a related discipline
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of SAP HR & Payroll systems including Employee Central/ EC Payroll
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee central, HR Onboard and SAP
  • Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments
