Roy Hill is currently seeking a Senior Advisor Supply Chain Planning to join the team on a 5/2 Perth Based Role. Reporting to the Superintendent Supply Chain Planning, you will be responsible for providing inventory management services and solutions to ensure the optimal supply of material to the Roy Hill operations. The position is responsible for the management and development of systems, processes and people in place to ensure maximum availability of material while minimising trade working capital.


Accountabilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Implementation and maintenance of an effective integrated business planning process including inventory analysis to ensure optimal stock levels and availability
  • Identify and implement improvements to inventory management specifications and related processes
  • Ensure master data and inventory request are processed in accordance with systems and goals in place
  • Identify slow moving and obsolete stock, and arrange to remove from the system
  • Provide guidance and direction to team and individuals


For you to achieve outstanding results in this position, your experience may include the following:

  • Extensive experience in supply chain planning and inventory management
  • Thorough understanding of SAP and planning systems
  • Proven communication and ability to work with other departments
  • A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in a related discipline
  • Previous supervisory experience
