Roy Hill is currently seeking an Analyst ERP Materials Management, Sales & Distribution to join the team on a 5_2 Perth Based Role. Reporting to the Superintendent Corporate Systems, you will be part of the Systems team and will be a key player in supporting the Roy Hill supply and demand systems encompassing Materials, Commercial, Warehouse Management and Sales & Invoicing.

 

Accountabilities will include but not be limited to: -

  • Ensuring that the system is a key contributor to increasing productivity, reducing costs and increasing optimisation while at the same time being flexible to accommodate changes
  • Undertake ERP Materials Management analysis to understand, model and document Materials Management related processes and functions
  • Actively collaborate with business users and the project team in the planning, design, development, and deployment of the EPR Materials and Warehouse Management system
  • Proactively engage key decision makers, systems owners, and end users to ensure that all Materials Management related policies are applied and also well communicated

 

For you to achieve outstanding results in this position, your experience may include the following: -

  • A minimum of 5 years’ Business Analysis or related IT experience
  • A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in a related IT or Information Management discipline
  • A thorough understanding and demonstrable experience of the end to end Procurement Process
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP Materials Management
