About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking for a role where they can make a real impact and play a key part in supporting the smooth operation of a Projects Business. Reporting to the Executive Assistant – CEO Projects, this role provides high-level administrative support across HanRoy, coordinates office facilities and functions, and assists with executive and event-related activities, ensuring our West Perth office runs efficiently and effectively.

 

Key Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications, including managing the HanRoy switchboard.
  • Assist with coordinating company events and initiatives.
  • Support the distribution of company-wide communications.
  • Manage courier services and incoming deliveries.
  • Act as the main contact for building and facilities-related matters.
  • Oversee inventory control and conduct regular audits of office supplies in collaboration with the broader administrative team.
  • Provide administrative support to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members, including corporate credit card reconciliation, travel and accommodation arrangements, and meeting assistance as required.
  • Provide support to the Executive Assistant – CEO Projects on various projects and initiatives as needed.


 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in in an administrative or office support role.
  • Completion of Year 12 WACE or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent (desired).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour and previous experience supporting Executives.
